ℹ️ New SBO – Small Business Owners pathway already available for ACT – Canberra (visa subclass 190 / 491).
Key requirements:
▪️ Your nominated occupation does not have to be on the ACT Critical Skills
▪️ The following business types are not eligible: sub-tenancy, ride-share, taxi, delivery, courier services
▪️ The business activity must be located in the ACT
▪️ Your business must have a minimum turnover of $200,000 per annum
▪️ Your business has to be actively trading in Canberra for at least six months from the date established or purchased
