  On July 27, Ontario invited Express Entry candidates with work experience in one of 18 occupations. All 1,031 invited candidates had profiles in the Express Entry system with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 458 and 467.   The new Saskatchewan draw targeted candidates with work experience in one of 63 occupations. Saskatchewan held a new draw on July 21, inviting 280 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. The invitations went to candidates who may be eligible for a nomination from the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), specifically from the International Skilled Worker category.

British Columbia issued new invitations under its main immigration streams and announced a temporary pause in new registrations for the entrepreneur program. British Columbia issued 383 invitations to immigration candidates in Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws conducted on July 20. Since February, B.C. has been conducting two separate draws under its PNP program on a bi-monthly basis.

  Ontario held its fourth PNP draw of the year for French-speaking Express Entry candidates. Ontario issued invitations to 115 bilingual Express Entry candidates on July 21.
