New legislation released in relation to Working Holiday (Subclass 417) and Work and Holiday (Subclass 462) visas.
This legislation provides that critical COVID-19 work in the healthcare and medical sectors carried after 31 January 2020, is accepted for the purposes of applying for a second or third visa.
Specified work includes but it is not limited to:
▪️ medical treatment
▪️ nursing
▪️ contact tracing
▪️ testing and research
▪️ support services such as cleaning of medical and health care facilities and equipment
