While the changes mentioned on the official website regarding the new Skilled Occupation List – March 2018, seem quite complex, here is the SIMPLIFIED SUMMARY of what are the changes. And guess what? The changes are quite ENCOURAGING !
There are 4 major changes for Skilled Migration applicants
Change # 1: Introduction of the new Regional Occupation List (ROL) – 489 subclass
Change #2: 80 New Occupations Added to the Occupation List.
Change # 3: 8 Occupations Shifted from STSOL to ROL
Change # 4: 4 Occupations Shifted from MLTSSL to ROL
