Express Entry, Labour Impact, and Business Impact candidates Are 1 Step Closer To Permanent Residence. Prince Edward Island held its latest immigration draw on November 19. The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) issued a total of 254 invitations. Most of the invitations, 221, went to Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates.
