Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a program where each province or territory nominates qualified immigration candidates. Each province or territory has its own criteria and targeting groups. There are 10 provinces in Canada and the qualification for each province/territory is different.
You could either be nominated under non-Express Entry (EE) system or through Express Entry system. The application process differs on whether you were nominated through non-EE system or through EE system.
Once you are nominated through EE system, you will be able to apply for permanent residency through the EE system.
