The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) has announced its newest invitation round results on 7th May 2020 wherein a total number of 237 invitations were issued for Skills Immigration and Express Entry British Columbia visa category. The number of BC PNP nominations depends on various immigration programs and on economic factors to invite skilled workers overseas.
Skills Immigration (SI) Stream
Under Skills Immigration Category, skilled workers were invited with at least 102 immigration points or above. On the other side, candidates applying from International graduate must have a minimum 106 immigration points. For Entry level and Semi-Skilled applicants will be invited with a minimum 83 points score.
Express Entry BC (EEBC) Stream
Express Entry is the most sought after immigration stream. Skilled worker under Express Entry BC will be invited with a minimum of 108 immigration points while with 106 immigration points, International Graduate applicants will be invited to apply for BC Provincial nomination. The overall points will be evaluated on the basis of various selection factors such as age, educational qualifications, work experience, Official language proficiency and other applicable factors. Higher scoring candidate will be given higher priority to invite for permanent residency of British Columbia PNP.
