The province’s 93rd PNP draw invited candidates under three streams. The 93rd Manitoba PNP draw took place on July 2. A total of 125 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued by Manitoba to immigration candidates. The purpose of LAAs is to invite candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence in Canada.
